By accessing and using the services of Cadira Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "Cadira Foundation"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The Foundation offers various services aimed at supporting survivors of trafficking, including but not limited to:

• Free medical checkups
• Counseling and psychological support
• Legal aid and support
• Educational and vocational training
• Temporary housing and shelter

• Services are primarily available to survivors of trafficking.
• Beneficiaries must provide necessary documentation as requested by the Foundation to verify eligibility.

• All personal information provided to the Foundation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.
• The Foundation adheres to strict data protection policies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Beneficiaries are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, and other beneficiaries.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of services.

• The Foundation is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while receiving services.
• Beneficiaries agree to release the Foundation from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation in Foundation activities.

• The Foundation reserves the right to terminate services to any beneficiary who violates these terms and conditions.
• Services may also be terminated if the Foundation deems it necessary for the safety and well-being of other beneficiaries and staff.

• The Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Beneficiaries will be notified of any changes through appropriate channels.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Foundation operates.

• The availability of services is subject to funding and resource constraints.
• The Foundation does not guarantee the availability of all services at all times.

• Volunteers must undergo a background check and training before participating in the Foundation’s activities.
• Volunteers agree to adhere to the Foundation’s policies and procedures.

• Donations to the Foundation are non-refundable.
• Donors agree that their contributions will be used at the Foundation’s discretion to further its mission. 

• All content and materials provided by the Foundation, including educational resources and training materials, are the intellectual property of the Foundation.
• Unauthorized use or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

• Beneficiaries must respect the Foundation’s facilities and property.
• Any damage caused to the facilities by a beneficiary may result in termination of services and liability for repair costs.

• Beneficiaries, staff, and volunteers are encouraged to report any misconduct or policy violations to the Foundation’s management.
• The Foundation will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

• The Foundation’s website and materials may contain links to external websites. The Foundation is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

• The Foundation is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all beneficiaries, staff, and volunteers.
• Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

• Beneficiaries, staff, and volunteers must adhere to all health and safety guidelines established by the Foundation.
• The Foundation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a health or safety risk.

• Participation in certain programs may require beneficiaries to meet additional criteria or agree to specific terms related to that program.
• The Foundation reserves the right to modify or discontinue programs based on need and resource availability.

• Beneficiaries consent to the use of their images, testimonies, and stories for the Foundation’s promotional and fundraising activities, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any media involvement must be coordinated through the Foundation’s communications team.

• Staff and volunteers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest to the Foundation’s management.
• Beneficiaries should report any perceived conflicts of interest that may affect their receipt of services.

• In case of an emergency, beneficiaries should follow the Foundation’s emergency procedures.
• The Foundation will take necessary actions to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved.

• Beneficiaries, staff, and volunteers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while participating in Foundation activities.
• The Foundation will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as required.

By using the services of the Cadira Foundation, beneficiaries acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
